• Founder, High Impact Life and Leadership (HILL): A platform for leadership and life development aimed at communities, campuses, and secondary school students. Through HILL, Wale has mentored over 600 children and youths, with the number steadily growing.

• Head of Operations, Driving Solution Nigeria Limited: Previously served as lead trainer and consultant, specializing in safe and defensive driving practices, poise, and maintenance culture for company drivers.

• Educational Consultant: With over a decade of experience, Wale has worked with various schools, focusing on staff management, population growth, quality assurance, debt management, and parent relations. He has managed teaching operations for over 75 schools, significantly increasing their populations.

• Conducted impactful interventions for top organizations, including Nestlé, Airtel, Ardova PLC, Neconde Energy, Citi Bank, Lagos State Government, and numerous medium-sized companies.

• Parenting Expert: Frequently invited to Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) meetings across the country, Wale is renowned for his ability to educate and engage parents, fostering cooperation between schools and families.
